Soap-free. Synthetic-free. SLS-free. Gluten-free. Naturally Cruelty-free. No synthetic colours, fragrances, dyes, preservatives or additives. Pure and natural skincare with ingredients you can identify. 

Mix about 5ml (approximately the amount your provided spatula-teaspoon will scoop up) with some water or MEM’s Hydration Mist and apply directly to damp skin (if you are enriching or customising the cleanser, add 3 drops of Facial Oil or Serum at this point).
Gently wipe over the face and neck (shoulders and upper chest if required) with sweeping, circular motions using your fingertips and palms, avoiding the lips, nostrils and eyes.  Leave on for up to 2 minutes. Remove with cool water and a wet facial cloth. 
Finish your cleanse with a cold facial cloth used as a compress, laying it lightly over your face and pressing down gently with your palms to mould it in place for just a few moments while you take 3 slow, semi-deep breaths. Then remove the compress and apply 3 drops of Facial Oil or Serum if you are treating a dry or damaged skin issue, or a light misting with your Hydrating Mist.

To indulge in a weekly or twice weekly skin enrichment/reset ritual, add a teaspoon of Powdered Cleanser to one tablespoon of MEM’s Balms or Salves. Mix in a small dish till you have a thick paste. Apply to damp skin (use one of the Botanical Mists for maximum benefits) and allow to cure for up to 10 minutes. It is best if you can lay down or sit comfortably with your feet up while you have a masque on.

Remove with luke-warm/tepid water and a wet Facial Cloth. It does not matter if there is a small amount of residue left on the skin as this is a nourishing mask that is all beneficial. 

Using a clean Facial Cloth as a cold compress at the end of this ritual, laying it lightly over your face and pressing down gently with your palms to mould it in place for just a few moments while you take 3 slow, comfortable breaths, then remove the compress. This restores calm and reduces inflammation or puffiness. It also helps to reduce pore size and encourage a smooth, glowing complexion. I recommend brewing a small amount of The 3PM GLOW or DIVINE GREEN Organic Herbal Tea blends to soak your compress in. Add half a cup (125ml) of brewed tea to one cup (250ml) of cold or ice water. Soak your Facial Cloth in it while you apply your masque. Wring it out gently before applying it to your face.

Do use your brewed tea as a gentle ‘sipping meditation’ before, during and after your Home-Spa.

Finish with a light misting. Feel amazingly restored. 

To keep your pure, natural product in best condition avoid getting any water in or on the blend.

Store out of direct sunlight and away from heat.

For optimum shelf life keep it below 25C.

Always re-cap firmly after use. This helps to keep air and moisture out of your blend.
