The ‘gel’ component in this serum is a blend of Tremella Mushroom (a glass-like fungi), Bladderwrack (seaweed extract), Riceflour (protein), Hyaluronic Acid and Sodium Hyaluronate (botanical extracts) in the Rosella and Rose Hydrosol base. These all help to provide an instant ‘lift’ to the skin texture and tone. They’re the ‘plumpers’.
It also contains extracts of Liquorice Root (pigmentation balancing), Aloe Vera (soothing), Japanese Knotweed (resveratrol for rejuvenation), Green Coffee Bean (antioxidant, anti-inflammatory), Honeysuckle (antioxidant), plus MSM powder (anti-inflammatory, building block amino acids), Squalane (botanical sebum/skin oil), Shea Butter and Jojoba as soothing emollients that provide a beautiful ‘glide’ to the formulation.
It has two very diluted essential oils – Blue Chamomile and Frankincense, both are super anti-inflammatory and skin soothing. Blue Chamomile is rich in bisabolol, a compound known to reduce irritation and the signs of premature ageing. Frankincense is an incredible skin healer and regenerative.
There’s a tiny amount of mica in it, because it’s pretty 😉 and, it's a purely natural and exploitation free kind of mica used in this formulation as a secondary ‘binder’.

Rose Hydrosol - the water from the distillation process of creating Rose essential oil, contains no volatiles yet carries a delicate rose aromatic. It is the perfect solution to encapsulate the beneficial extracts and provides pure hydration.
Rosella - rich in antioxidants, this natural Vitamin C recharges your skin's ability to produce collagen naturally.
Tremella - a glass like fungi revered in Chinese Medicine is also a proven youth inducing ingredient for soft, supple, glowing skin.
Bladderwrack - clinically proven to increase collagen and elastin production and improve the appearance of prematurely aged and or damaged skin. It heals with a rich array of vitamins and minerals, predominately natural Vitamin A (botanical retinol) and C.
Japanese Knotweed - a source of resveratrol to repair and maintain skin elasticity, pigmentation and texture.
Coffee Bean - an antioxidant that helps to balance skin pigmentation over time, and improves circulation which can decrease puffiness.
Hyaluronic Acid & Sodium Hyaluronate - botanical origin only. Using two kinds of HA increases hydration and plumping effect from top layers to deep in the dermal structure.
Honeysuckle - brightening and conditioning for extra UV protection and repair, it is rich in flavonoids and saponins that protect the skin from free radical damage. A high level anti-inflammatory and antibacterial, it is used as a secondary preservative and for its skin cleansing benefits.
Liquorice - brightens skin tone, balances pigmentation, relieves redness.
Aloe Vera - calms irritated or inflammed skin, soothes and hydrates.
MSM [Methosulphunomethane] - a natural sulphur compound that has antiinflammatory benefits and aids connective tissue in the body. In skincare it can increase elasticity and general appearance by enhancing the natural production of collagen.
Squalane - derived from olives, this is as close to our naturally produced skin oil, 'sebum', that we'll find as an additive. Antiinflammatory, hydrating, moisturising emmolient, it assists in regulating the production of skin oil.
Castor Oil - master healing oil. Antibacterial, antiinflammatory, it can assist with reducing redness and creating a soft, strong skin barrier.
Jojoba - an 'ester' not really an oil, this wonder of nature is pure skin food. Softening, revitalising, rejuvenating, nuturing. It's a skin 'hug'.
Frankincense CO2 - sacred, perfect, powerful. Cleansing on all levels, this oil is mildly astringent yet soothing and nourishing. It's also responsible for increaseing cell turnover and has potent regenerative properties.
