Frankincense (Boswellia carteri) : anti-inflammatory and purifying, this can assist aging complexions by adding elasticity, removing toxins and calming puffiness. (sometimes listed as an emmenogogue it has more of a relaxing effect on the uterus and is classed as not harmful to the fetus - however, it is suggested that you do your own research and use this product after the first trimester).
Patchouli (Pogostemon cablin) : a wonder ingredient that is much overlooked in mainstream products, its rich earthy aroma is the signature of its quality to heal the skin tissue. It plumps up skin texture, brightens the complexion and controls blemishes with its powerful antibacterial, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory and antiseptic qualities.

For Face - Gently press a few drops onto clean, damp or wet skin, massaging softly from the collarbones to the forehead. Avoid eyes.
As a Facial Cleansing Oil -
Wet skin and apply one small pump of oil to your palms then rub it in to your face and neck. Wet hands and rub water together with the oil over your face and neck. This makes a creamy consistency that helps to remove dirt, pollution and make-up. Rinse off with warm water and a face cloth. Repeat if necessary.As a skin treatment -
Apply to cleansed skin with gentle sweeping motions. For best results, apply to damp or wet skin. Massage in using gently circular motions.
Can be use as a Perineum massage oil in the last trimester.As a hair treatment -Apply to hair from the ends to the scalp, and comb through. Leave in for up to 8hrs. Lightly shampoo, and condition if required, using gentle, organic products. Towel dry and style. Alternatively rinse with warm water and finish with a hair rinse dilution of Apple Cider Vinegar (20ml ACV to 200ml water) to treat scalp issues or oily roots, and get clean, lustrous hair.
